Do you Ginosko? 
GINOSKO: "to be taking in knowledge,

or "to understand completely."
In the NT ginosko frequently indicates a relation between
the person "knowing"
and the object known;
in this respect,
what is "known" is of
value or importance
to the one who knows,
and hence the establishment of the relationship.

Matthew 7:21-23
21"Not everyone who says to me, 'Lord, Lord,' will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only he who does the will of my Father who is in heaven. 22Many will say to me on that day, 'Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name, and in your name drive out demons and perform many miracles?' 23Then I will tell them plainly, 'I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!'
Do you know if you are saved? There are many people who think they know Christ, but as Matt 7:21-23 suggests, their knowledge of him is only skin-deep. Their lips profess Christ, but their hearts don't draw near to him. They have outward acts of faith, but it comes from religiosity not a genuine relationship. There is a difference between knowing Christ and truly knowing him. We're so busy hoping Jesus walks with us as we do our dirt we don't take the time to walk with him. We wear our iced out crosses around our necks, keep the statues and pics in the house, maybe even have candles in front of it to make it extra holy. Jesus and the cross has become a lucky charm, a pimped out rabbit's foot. That's not the kinda God we serve fam, if you want that go buy a Buddha and stick him in your pocket for good luck. The God we serve is the True and Living God, and he's not a punk to be played like some Suga' Daddy in the sky. If your version of Christianity has been strictly chill (you know, "Jesus is da homie, we just smoked a blunt together" type stuff), one of bartering ("God, if you do this one thing I'll...") or anything that does not acknowledge Christ as LORD, then you ain't keepin it real.
